    Pros

I have been fortunate to see many opportunities on the IT side and there are many many more on the business side as well.

    Cons

Seems to be under staffed for all the expectations. It's not a coast type of job. Work hard and you will do well.

    Advice to Management

Improvements have been made the last few years. Pay bands have changed as well as vacation packages, but for IT to keep up with demands and ideas of the business there needs to be more developers.

    Pros

Pretty Good Pay, office atmosphere is good.

    Cons

You are in the office 10 hours a day which can get old. Field locations are much different then corporate.

    Advice to Management

8 Hour days would be a lot nicer.

    Pros

Sorry but I can't recall the pros about this company

    Cons

On the day I reported to work I was assigned an old dirty broken down truck. When I reported it to the shop, they told me the truck was not ready and so I spent a week in a hotel without pay waiting for a new truck. Finally I got my truck and proceeded to my pick up and as I got on the freeway the bad boy broke down. I spent another week waiting for the shop to fix the problem. Again I was on my way out on a run to Phoenix, only to receive a overweight ticket because this truck only had a permit for 50,000 lbs. total gross weight. I spent so much time laid over at truck stops that I managed to pay for my overweight ticket with lay over pay. The dispatcher would not care to make my home and argued with me about it until I showed him the text I sent him that proved my point. I would have never made it home for Thanksgiving but It just so happened my truck broke down on me again and in the two weeks time it took to fix my truck I had signed on with another outfit. When the dispatcher called me so I could pick up my truck I informed him that I would no longer be working for them. This really set him off and he proceeded to black mail me by saying that if I left he would report this as abandonment of my truck. So I told him to go right ahead and I proceeded to call his boss to set him straight. Their was more fun times I spent with them I just don't really want to think about them. Also when they say they would put you in a hotel for orientation they don't tell you that you have to share the room. Most of the recruits paid for their own rooms including myself.

    Advice to Management

get better dispatchers and better equipment
