    Pros

Workflow was good, good co-workers, good customer base, good home time, decent pay rate.

    Cons

Lease purchase not available day one to new drivers, for all the people they employ, health insurance is way too expensive, trucks too slow, trucks are too cramped, trucks are too filthy and the staff who's responsible for cleaning does not get it done, older trucks are not well maintained, maintenance staff smokes in trucks while doing repairs even when the driver asks them not to, intermodal routes are way to short less than 300 miles and time wasted at rail yards keep you from regularly doing two loads a day, If you use a CPAP machine they will charge you for installation of a power inverter you can only use for the CPAP and you can't take it with you when you leave.

    Advice to Management

Get your heads outta your butts and make some real changes!!!!!!!!
