    Well, There isn't a turn over rate on behalf of employees. most employees have been there a year or more...most at least 5 years... Plus, in My store it feels like our team is more like a family. We all work very well together. Than managerial staff is extremely positive, they're easy to talk and and feel more like a manager should...not a boss. I am very proud to call them my coworkers...

    Cons

    *Making us work on Thanksgiving....making it mandatory... Black friday is enough...
    *Coupons..Our customers think associates make up the rules but yet they do not read exclusions before shopping.
    *no maternity wear inside our store...

    Take the employees suggestions and hear them out...especially the ones that take pride in their department.

    Pros

    I worked my way through college there and the management team was amazing! If you work and fulfill the goals they set for you hours are decent too. You can make a significant paycheck bump from the commission on credit cards. Hours are flexible.

    Cons

    Hours are cut in Feburary.

    .3 % commission on sales. Nice co-workers. 25 % off through out store. Active job and a lot of face to face contact with costumers.
