    Pros

    Great connection with employees, no drama at all. Fun to work at and mostly good customers Rewarded for things (such as credit)

    Cons

    They push credit way too much! Never ask you to stay pass your scheduled, but expect you to. Yet they say they don't have money in the budget for more hours. They don't schedule you based on your availability! & tell you that you wont be scheduled unless you open it up. Even when you do open it up, they don't schedule you as much! Then they call you on your off days to fill some else's shift!

    Advice to Management

    Please actually listen to your employees and don't push them too hard. At the end of the day we're human and we have lives too. If you want me to stay past my schedule time, the polite thing to do is ask me. Don't tell me I can't leave when it's time for me to go.

    Employees required to stay very late into the night cleaning up messes left by customers.

    Advice to Management

    Schedule recovery better than what it is. Staying until 2:00 am is not right!

    The discounts are really great!

    Cons

    I have been working there for over a year and put lots of work into the job but I was still only getting $7.50. The newly hired associates were getting $8.50 or even $9.00 so I asked for a raise and they said they could not do anything about it so I put in my two weeks.

    Advice to Management

    Appreciate your associates. No one shows any appreciation anymore and no one wants to work at a place who doesn't care about their employees.

    Large group of fun coworkers, flexible hours

    Cons

    Not a place for full-time employment: Low hourly wages, can't get full-time hours, constant pressure to make customers apply for a credit card, no commissions, 15-cent raises once a year, slow cash registers

    Advice to Management

    Give more hours to those who want them. Reward the great employees with better wages.

    Every here is happy. If you are looking for a tenured job, this is the place to be.

    Cons

    Old school. Not open to new ideas. Stuck in old ways. There is a certain culture here so you may feel as though you do not fit in.
