    Management drills these rules & policies into our heads, but breaks them for any customer who calls them over -.-

    Get it together and follow your own rules please. I understand you want to please every customer, but it makes the sales employees look bad

    Work life balance was always something I valued as a management person. Not always the case on the lower levels

    Cons

    Lots of current turn oil within the organization. A lot of uncertainty and organizational changes have led to loss of jobs.

    I gained a lot if experience as a sales associate. They were flexible with my school schedule and it gave me a good understanding of of the basics of customer service and retail.

    Working for Jc penney can get your foot in the door for other customer service jobs.

    Cons

    I worked on commissions so it was very dog eat dog. Also pushing credit put alot of pressure on the employees.

    stop pushing credit on the employees.
