    Pros

    Excellent job for a college student, relaxed call center environment, no mandatory dress code, free starbucks coffee, opportunities for growth and to specialize in other departments.

    Cons

    At peak seasons employees must work extra hours mandatory. Work can be somewhat repetitive if you're constantly dealing with the same issues (irate customers without their packages), however this is not related to the company.

    Advice to Management

    Advice to upper management is to deal better with work schedules; but even they have little in the say since this is done by scheduling.

    Pros

    foray into the world of branding and fun sales associate position with a fashion conscious company. pretty good associate discount.

    Cons

    shifts often minimum of 4 hours, can be stressful with new inventory at times.

    Pros

    The discount is the best part about working here. Also, my store in particular has an amazing team, most are like that, which is a nice change from retail.

    Cons

    The on call shifts are annoying but are a critical part of any sales associate job. The constant pressure to open credit cards is also a hassle.

    Advice to Management

    I have no advice for individual store management. I love my director and our assistant store managers. We're all very flexible.

    Really driven and loyal associates who truly care for the Company. I've been working for the brand for over 2 years now and the level of growth within the company is quite prevalent and something of importance to your superiors.

    Cons

    I really have nothing negative to say for the company. I truly love the brand and cannot wait for future developments.

    Advice to Management

    keep doing what you're doing! Continue to build associates up. Provide feedback when appropriate and to always allow the opportunity for growth within the company.

    Discount, fun environment, loyal customers, meet a lot of people

    Pay could be a little better, holidays get crazy but that's with any retail job, your work load is more than what you get paid

    If your associate expresses a desire to move to another position, and there are positions available within the company, you could do a better job with helping him/her get there.

    Great team, fun place to work, get to be part of the corporate concept team, lots of growth opportunities.

    Cons

    It's great if you're a sales associate but once you show initiative and get more responsibilities, they do not compensate and begin to take advantage of you. I put my heart and soul into the section I managed (without a raise or title) and they took it away from me and put a complete newcomer into it simply because they could t wait 2 weeks for me to graduate and become full time. They did all of this without even speaking to me or telling me and then one day all of the sudden someone else was telling me what to do and I was told to step down after 2 years of managing this section all alone.

    Advice to Management

    Appreciate who you have working for you and don't take advantage of your hard working dedicated employees. We're not asking for a gold star every time we do something, but just knowing we actually are appreciated would be nice once in a while.

    Great discounts
    Great overall environment for a sales position
    They nurture their employees and tend be more accommodating than most other retail companies.
    Since the associates are part time they tend to be more flexible with schedules so its great especially for people working a second job.

    Advice to Management

    24 hour notice before on calls would be nice, many employees have two jobs plus school and its hard to balance multiple jobs, school and a life with on call shifts.
