    Pros

This hands-on, fast paced internship program introduces ambitious students to life on Wall Street. I had the opportunity to work side by side with experienced Wall Street Pros and learn their tricks of the trade. I had so much fun learning and working with these guys, I never wanted to leave the office! I was begging to work 10-12 hour days!

    Cons

It can be very hard work and sometimes long hours. However, Wall Street is no place for the faint-hearted. Neither is this internship program.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you're doing! You instilled a work ethic in me that will last a lifetime and catapulted my career to the next level. I am forever grateful for everything Arthur and Randy taught me!!

    Pros

Experience, good networking with other young aspiring people on Wall Street

    Cons

Great place to intern but not worth it to become a broker there.

    Advice to Management

Cut the fat stop hiring incompetent interns who take up space and energy that could go to better interns.

    Pros

Senior Brokers, Randy and Arthur, always pushed me to continue learning from them. Randy liked talking about his personal trades and taught the interns a lot even when they didn't have any experience. Got some exposure to investment banking meeting.

    Cons

Practicing pitches were sometimes boring and annoying.

    Pros

NO pros what so ever. this company is a mess

    Cons

Cold Calling from 7 am to 6 pm The guys in there have litle to no knowledge about the market. Just calling random numbers all day looking for somone dumb enough to stay on the phone. Only care about making as many trades as possible before the client close the account.

    Advice to Management

Get new matrial, Hire professionals not kids, analyse the market dont pick up the first stock Kramer talks about. BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY when investors ask to close an account close it, dont ignor their calls.

    Pros

Management treats everyone including interns with respect. Disciplined interns very well as they learn the ropes of succeeding in the financial industry. Interns will be exposed to various techniques of sales and trading directly from managers. These guys promote team work and everyone will learn to become great team players. One of the best internship experience I've ever had.

    Cons

-Long hours invested for this internship In the end you get what you put into the internship experience. The more time you put into it, the more results you will see.
