I worked at J.P. Morgan full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Worked in IB and Card services. I came across with many good people and helped to progress well in my roles. Lot of challenges and a good place to gain a good financial domain expertise.

    Cons

Lot of work pressure and technology is always a bit old. But for sure JPMC is far ahead in comparison to other banking institutions.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I suggest to HR to discuss with the leadership and plan the steps to introduce work life balancing work culture.

    Pros

I found the company in Iselin, NJ to be a sweatshop who would mislead people to join them. THey will work you long hours and have no work life for your families. They will threaten you and make fun of you if you are disabled. I originally thought i was doing IT but ended up when i started doing secterial work.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Tell the people the truth about the enviroment before they join and the responbilities.

  3. Senior Management was very political and didn't always hear things
