Increase salary as the other competitors are ahead in compensation leading to huge attrition rate.

Current Employee - Team Member, Tax Cost in Mumbai (India)

I have been working at J.P. Morgan full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

Renowned across the industry for its brand
Very high in assets and big giant (company's worth is in Trillion Dollars)
    Staff behaves some real professionalism
If someone wants to really learn about Finance, they should join JP Morgan in U.S. offices, in India, there is nothing really much to learn
There are relatively high chances of getting an immigration to U.S. offices in JP than its competitors

    Cons

This may be for the process I worked for
Very monotonous job with no appreciation
Getting a promotion is very difficult, because employees don't leave JP and positions are never vacant
Very rigid about their current working methodologies and don't give values to innovation and ideas
A lot of work with very rare work life balance
Compensation too is also not as good as one would expect from a brand like JP

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Please try and understand the importance of innovation and process improvements.
Currently there is a lot of unnecessary manual work employees are forced to do.
