    flexible, higher pay than similar roles, and enjoyable co-workers

    Several years before you can move up even one promotion and many (5 years plus) before you become a VP/manager.

    More Senior Associate role promotions for those that earn it.

    During my short contract employment, Ive learned quite a bit about the organization, its goals and what drives them to be better in every facet of business. Not just banking.

    Overall J.P. Moragn is a great place to work. They offer great benefits and salary. 401k and pension plan along with comprehensive health care. On site child care also available.
