“It was short lived because I did not work there for 13 years like other employees”
Former Employee – worked at J.R. Dunn
Pros – the pay was very fair.
Cons – management was bias towards workers that been there longer.
Advice to Senior Management – don't get involved in office politics.

“Ah, J.R.D., what a great place...”
Former Employee – worked at J.R. Dunn
Pros – I love J.R. Dunn. The people there are great. Everyone is really nice, and easy to work with. They are an old school company that are very willing to move with trends and technology. Upper management handles their employees very well, and are really just good people to be around. Not to mention you get a great employee discount.
Cons – The only real down side of J.R. Dunn is some competition among sales people, although, this is pretty common given the industry.
Advice to Senior Management – More fun employee events. There are already some good ones, but more is always better.
