“Was nice at first, but degraded after acquisition by Telefonica”

Pros

Interesting opportunities for PM and IT , especially with integration with Telefonica Digital

Cons

This is NOT the JAJAH of the first few years. More structured and process-oriented, you'll find no start-up culture here.
Most of the first 3-4 years employees and management have left because the direction the company went to as well as dis-regard from senior management (although most of them have also left now!).
