Pros – The people that I work with are fantastic. The benefits/compensation are in a league of their own. Management is very understanding. Each employee isn't just a number.
Cons – Small companies can't compete against the big ones out there. Advance in other various fields are somewhat limited due to the fact that it is a small company.
