    Pros

Innovative, fast paced environment. Only limited by your desire to develop new technology.

    Cons

Golf league met on Mondays, so you had to get to work early that day to make T time.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work

Team Manager for 5 years. Been with the company for 18. Watched the many up and downs, all the promises and let downs.

    Pros

Good pay, good learning experience for an entry level worker. Careful of the layoffs.

    Cons

Not much room for growth. Hours are terrible. You excel and.you get more responsibility with same pay. Full of broken promises. New management believes higher in the degree's they are currently hiring instead of the workforce, the ones that matter.

    Advice to Management

Get on the floor, learn the processes before making rash decisions. Trust your employees and give them realistic goals and expectations. Hard to know where your numbers are at if the information is skewed.

    Pros

Benefits and compensation are moderate. Very experienced core staff. Very knowledgeable staff with an available expert matter on almost every aspects of the business.

    Cons

noUs vs Them mentality, most departments work as a single unit quick at playing the blame game. Collectively experience staff but yet champion bad decision making. Employees moral is not on management list. No profit sharing but yet punish employees (pay cuts) when upper management fails. They do not practice what they preach, every wall posters talks about quality but every other targeted goals are never met.

    Advice to Management

listen to your employees, they are more knowledgeable then you think. And stop looking at charts and actually get involve in daily operations.

    Pros

    Income. And that is it.

    Cons

    - employees moral comes last - all about sales and not the people. - HR is all about open enrollment, and employee comittee functions. That's it. Keep managers from promoting, giving raises, basically anything positive. They never have answers for any questions. Will tell you they will get back to you and - if there is a sales mistake expect a pay cut by all, and a few layoffs to make the numbers look good for HQ. - they hate change. If you have a good idea keep it to yourself. They only listen if you work outside the company. Then they will pay millions for your advice or improvements. - if you just want a good check and can handle sometime stressful work, with moderate tools to get your work done. ... this is your place

    Advice to Management

Start putting your people first. Let them be proud to work for you. Happy employees equal great results

    Pros

Able to apply new avenues of sourcing vendors and contracts. Negotiating contracts can be acquired but management needs to work more closely with the accounting and Inventory departments.

    Cons

Unable to apply new vendors without total management approval which includes supervisors and upper management. There is currently no communication between the inventory department and upper management.

    Advice to Management

Changes need to be put into place regarding the purchasing of new items for the company and communication needs to be addressed between upper management and the Inventory departements.

    Pros

a good place to get work experience. well known in the industrial. the company has been in business a long time

    Cons

Too much politics. Top heavy, too many supervisors and managers. Managers delegate too many of their responsibilities. Incompetent lower level associates

    Advice to Management

hire more technically educated lower level employees. fire 75% of the of the regional sales managers who don't sale anything.
