    Pros

good tips and you get to work right on the ocean. Friendly staff and laid back managers with a good attitude.

    Cons

Hard to get ahead. You have to play politics to advance. Hard work is not enough. Paying low quality wages, but expecting high quality service is a paradox.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees, especially in regards to their departments, they know more than you about them.

I have been working at JC Resorts full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great upper management, positive reinforcement and work with mostly good people

    Cons

lack of pay and sometimes courses are in really bad shape. Hard to explain to someone that paid a good amount of money to play golf why the course is in bad shape.

    Advice to Management

Keep the positive vibe going and take care of your star employees.

    Pros

Very pretty resort, good golf benefits, good business in winter due to the east coast people. good views and spread out resort.

    Cons

It is dead and hot in the summer. never a epic week but slow and steady, business plan from 1990.

    Advice to Management

Figure out what decade it is and reflect the standers for the year 2011. keep golf courses and tennis courts
