    I have been working at JCDecaux

    Pros

    They allow and encourage creativity and people to work "outside of the box". Flexible work schedule and environment. In my position I am able to decide what to do and where I need to devote my energies with little distraction from management. Management is supportive of all employess and genuinely care about their health and well being. Company continues to look at ways to improve in matters of the environment.

    Cons

    Too much reliance on e-mail as primary communication tool within the company vs. picking up the phone and talking to each other. Inter-company communication is too impersonal. Certain departments are overstaffed while others are under staffed.

    Staff all departments accordingly.

    Pros

    Well known outdoor advertising company with good products to sell.

    Cons

    Low basic, mediocre welfare, little training, do not own the media spaces hence subject to landlord's regulations. Only french takes the top spots.

    Pros

    You learn how to be exclusive and stand out from the rest. Big learning curve, but you get a lot out of it.

    Cons

    Too sales focused. Support staff do not get as much benefits. Longer working hours than the sales.

    Its an excellent company to work for. Usually the employees work for a very long time, and so employee satisfaction is pretty high.

    Cons

    Cette entreprise est très bon marché. Ils ne paient grassement que la haute direction et les conditions de travail sont très pauvres. Seuls ceux qui parlent français peuvent évoluer vers des rôles de niveau Senior.

    This company is very cheap. They only pay top management good salaries and the working conditions are rather poor. Only those who speak french can advance to Senior level roles.
