    Pros

    JDA's salary is well above most software companies. On top of your salary you also are eligible for a yearly bonus.

    Cons

    The training could better. Although, some might like to be just thrown in to figure out how everything works.

    Pros

    Stable job, serious company, big revenues. Fair compensation

    Cons

    Boring, lot's of bureacracy. Outsource of QUality Assurance, makes it hard to test issues. Lot's of procedures and many middle-man people.

    Great health care, nice office building

    Cons

    Horrible management. Very unprofessional, sexists management. Degrades employees. Brought to HR by multiple people and no action. HORRIBLE!

    Stop letting the "brain trust" go in favor of lower paid employees overseas. The products are suffering from this practice.

    Pros

    Plenty of talented engineers. Some well defined processes put in place. CEO seems accountable.

    Cons

    High offshore to onshore ratio. Keeps trending this way as well as many recent executive hirings and very little to no local engineering talent hired. Some very well developed products are not getting the support from upper management needed to succeed.

    Recognize there are some valuable assets within that company that with a little support can go a long way towards contributing to the bottom line.

    Talk to the employees who actually do the work and stop with the feel-good programs, they don't help morale and only purpose is to keep HR staffed.
