    I worked at JFC International full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Big annual bonus
    Good benefits
    Once you are hired, they don't easily fire you
    - You just show them you are trying and keep saying sorry for not meeting the monthly target.
    They will push you harder but just dont listen to them and do what you need to do. Although your performance is poor they wont fire you.

    Cons

    Training is not provided; you are own your own
    No incentives
    Treated as a tool to meet their sales target. Lot of harassment if you don`t perform well.
    They do not care about your personal growth and future.

    Hourly pay, bonuses & benefits are great!! The fact that you become your own boss as you grow in knowing how to do your routes ; your office is the cab: no managers/no phone-calls --- just you & the road!

    Cons

    Poor communication; poor management ;

    Language barriers need to be overcomed.

    Pros

    if you are oriental, this company is nice company. very good benefits. really well established among the competitors, so it was very easy to sell.

    Cons

    Company really has very strong Japanese influence, sometimes very wired, but sometimes, very American, so you will be confused that. Poor management.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    A few people control all organization, Management should listen to more. Sales man has more good idea than management team. They should treat everybody fair.

    Pros

    > You have chance to gain expert knowledge about alcoholic beverages (especially wines).
    > 80% of customer is the locals. If you want to brush up your German language skill, good opportunity.

    Cons

    > Some seniors are twisted puritan. If you want to survive, forget about your pride or idenatity. Atomosphere there is very top-down.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    They should adopt a new policy that how seniors treat new employee. Bullying and power harassment are a frequent occurrence in this company.
