    Pros

    Knowledgable management. Plenty of training.

    Cons

Different offices get different levels of support. Your success depends on where you work. My numbers were highest in my division, but it didn't stop management from breathing down my neck saying I wasn't doing enough. It's not a level playing field. High turnover among recruiters--for a reason.

    Advice to Management

Don't play favorites with the Camp Hill staff.

  3. Very terrible people. Rude, inconsiderate, demeaning, and demoralizing communication with their temps.

    Pros

Not one thing. Nothing positive comes from this complete joke of a staffing agency. One agent at the Camp Hill location is truly incompetent in what they're attempting to do.

    Cons

Everything. The tests are a waste of time, the people who work there are truly the scum of the earth. Take your talents elsewhere because these people don't deserve an ounce of your talent.

    Advice to Management

Have someone go undercover to the Camp Hill location. You will not be satisfied.

There aren't any pros to this company.

    Cons

Little pay, they expect you to come in early and stay late. The management is always breathing down your neck and the commission is impossible to earn.

    Advice to Management

    Don't apply to this company

    Pros

the staffing agents are some of the best people I have ever had the chance to work with. Whenever I am between full time jobs they have some type of work available for me to do while waiting for a full time job opportunity to come along. then even offer alot of temp to hire positions with their clients.

    Cons

some of their temp positions are only for a few days to a week hoever most of the time they las a month

    Advice to Management

talk with employees several times a month about any concern being employed by them n working with their clients. It may help keep more good employees employed longer with clients. May also help employees return to same clients for future contracts.
