    Pros

Great place to work, great place to advance, and an overall concern for the employees.

    Cons

Not a big enough place to make a career if not in management.

    Advice to Management

Recognize employees accomplishments such as degrees and award them accordingly.

    Pros

Friends, not too far from home.

    Cons

No cost of living increase. 2-% raises only.
No more Christmas parties. No respect from management. Work till r done during season. When it slows down... GO HOME.

    Advice to Management

    Get rid of Management. Rehaul.
Only big bonus for the higher management. Ceo's etc. Need to give 7--% raises to employees just when I started in 1990. No meetings to up date staff.

    Pros

The office culture and co-workers was the most pleasant aspect of working there.
    Cafeteria food was good
JFK offers lots of training opportunities
    Benefits were decent

    Cons

I am pretty sure the compensation here is the lowest in the state.
All the computers and networking infrastructure are very old and slow
Management has serious trust issues and will go to length letting the employees know there positions

    Advice to Management

You have to increase compensation or people will leave the first opportunity they get
Management needs to realize that they cant treat employees poorly, remember your employees left there old job to work for you and if you don't respect that they will leave you too

    Pros

Learning and mentorship opportunities, commitment to its patients, prioritize ethical billing, solid health basic benefits, opportunity to rotate, 5-6 weeks vacation, supportive work environment

    Cons

Slightly lower than average salary, working weekends, need to go to JFK for benefits, Massmutual has some high expense ratio funds for 401K, limited time off in summer and holiday, lower continuing ed allowance

    Advice to Management

You are doing well, I would include more opportunities for continuing education and making it easier to move up in company
