- Established brands/products
- Fun atmosphere
- Stable group of companies
Cons
- Very frugal and always on "cost-cutting" mode
- really low salary offers
- slow promotion/no career growth
Advice to Senior Management
Please show all your employees, most specially the non-managers/supervisors, your LOVE and respect for them. They're working hard for your company to succeed, and yet you treat them as just people who just need a job, and can be replaced anytime once the employee is dissatisfied. Is that what you want people to remember you for?
