Young company with a fun atmosphere

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsYounger co-workers, excellent benefits, decent base salary + commission (for sales)

ConsA lot of pressure to meet numbers, lacking in room for personal growth (a lot of lateral movement), hours seem long

    Staff Accountant

Staff Accountant (Current Employee) Philadelphia, PA

ProsBest colleagues, nice to communicate with, the supervisor are very nice to help you learn the company

Consless competitive compensations, and relationship with colleagues is kind of complicated. There is a staff accountant fired because another staff complained about him with manager. It makes me hard to trust my mates sometimes.

    A complete mess!

    Associate (Current Employee) Radnor, PA

ProsThe benefits aren't bad, but not worth the rest of the mess you have to put up with!

ConsSenior management couldn't care less about the employees. All they care about is making money. Not sure how they managed to fool everyone and go public because the place is a disaster. They have no procedures, no documentation and forget about any training. You better be able to sit down and perform immediately or you'll be held accountable. If you can't figure it out on your own, you might want to pray you'll get fired so you can at least collect unemployment.

Advice to Senior ManagementReplace some people who think 'business as usual' will continue to carry this company in a dying industry.

    It was wonderful at first...

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee) Bryn Mawr, PA

ProsIt's close to the city. You can make good money and you will be there forever as long as you make the company money. Upper management is great.

ConsThere are some issues with prejudice and racism. The environment can also be very cut throat. Its about who you know. If you know the right people you can get away with anything including openly racist comments on the sales floor. The hours are long. Do not report anything to HR you will be fired if it pertains to a person who is friends with management. There is a lot of smoke and mirrors. Management will tell you one thing and then do the complete opposite. By the time you leave the company you will be paranoid and distrustful of future employers. There isn't much room for advancement opportunity.

Advice to Senior ManagementRevamp the entire middle management team before you have an employment lawsuit on your hands.

    Solid job

    Account Executive (Current Employee)

ProsYoung youthful sales floor. Compensation is straight forward and there is the ability to move up with hard work. Very nice new office and free bagels and coffee.

ConsManagement will play favorites. Rules change daily so you sometimes have no idea if you are doing something correctly. Managers are hired for production abilities over ability to lead a group.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
