Current Employee – been working at JG Wentworth full-time for more than a year

Pros – Young youthful sales floor. Compensation is straight forward and there is the ability to move up with hard work. Very nice new office and free bagels and coffee.

Cons – Management will play favorites. Rules change daily so you sometimes have no idea if you are doing something correctly. Managers are hired for production abilities over ability to lead a group.

Pros – Fun environment with a very young workforce. Fast pace sales envt. Everyone very friendly and fairly helpful.

Cons – Pay wasnt that great, sales took months to close with limited pay. Base Salary was limited. Large frat like sales force.

Cons – Tension filled environment. Can't make very much as a sales rep

Pros – They're a caring company with a high moral character. "Consummate professionalism" is this classy place's motto. If sexual harassment, shady anti-competitive practices, and manipulating desperate people is your thing - you've found the right place!

Cons – We should take a higher amount of people's settlement money. Let them eat cake...

Advice to Senior Management – Maybe diversify into arms dealing with African warlords since that field shares a common moral fabric.
