    I worked at JIMS

    Pros

JIMS is a family owned business and as such they are more than accomadating when it comes to your personal schedule

    Cons

Run by an owner who is a Machinest and a smart and savy motorcycle parts maker but he lacks any formal education and tends to surround himself with friends rather than competent managers. There are a few bright spots in his staff but they are few and far between

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

JIMS needs to get serious on taking the company forward by hiring staff with true buisness skill sets. His company could grow by leaps and bounds if Jim would step down and hire a true business manager.
