    I worked at JLG Industries

    Pros

Parent company is solid (Oshkosh Corporation).

    Cons

JLG's HR leadership is very poor. Entire HR Department experienced almost 100% turnover in 2 years. Operations is seen as the sole decision maker in the business. Overall management style & mindset is 10+ years behind modern era. Absolutely no work life balance, profit is everything.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Work with world class consultants & start over.

I worked at JLG Industries full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

A great company to work for when I was employed there. Plenty of holidays, bonuses, and employee appreciation activities. I am not sure how it is now, but I may be on way back there.

    Cons

I really didn't think there were cons. They have a strict attendance policy. If you follow the rules, everything is fine.

I have been working at JLG Industries as an intern (less than a year)

    Pros

The internship was a great experience. The intern program was well organized and had great events. Good pay and relocation assistance.

    Cons

Management in different departments is very unorganized. No room for growth in the company. No diversity.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Managers that are designated interns should be able to guide and assist there interns. Not tell them that they "did not want an intern" or they are sorry that they cannot really help them with the projects they assigned.
