    Pros

    The work isn't too demanding, the office is relaxed, and the coworkers are great to deal with. These are the pros.

    Cons

    The work can come in very uneven amounts. The expectations also flounder up and down, one day very high, one day very low.

    Advice to Management

    Need more consistency.

    Pros

    Its a great please for self motivator, because you mostly do it yourself. Trainings don't come often, self development plan keeps you going. Its a valuable experience in the long run for those that aspire to become managers.

    Cons

    There is no regards for individual rights. Employees are exposed to second hand smoke. Employee relation nearly does not exist

    Advice to Management

    Employee relation needs to be brought back. Create smoke and no-smoke areas to reduece employees exposure to second hand smoke.
