Cons – Manager who has no clue about technology rule on you. If you are good at buttering you are going to excel.
Advice to Senior Management – Keep technically strong local managers and kick existing idiots.

Cons – Management is immatured, not fit for Team member position also.
Advice to Senior Management – Quit the company asap, so that, atleast employees who work stay in the organization.

Pros – Very strong Culturally and Integrity. Training is good. Work culture is great. Good for long term employment or career path. It was a good learning experience.
Cons – Less scope for trying out new things. Since its a bank, they have very stringent rules while adapting to new technologies.

Pros – Good name, good brand, excellent facilities etc. Its good for people seeking higher education as the brand helps. Thats what i thought.
Cons – Unsmart top management people, short sighted. Chase cards is not good as people are not too smart and technically oriented. Mostly because of tenure.
Advice to Senior Management – Bring better top management.

Pros – very informal work enironment. lots of mobility opportunities within india.
Cons – huge no. of employees. chances to outshine are minimal. quality of work is abysmal ans left-overs from US and UK are delegated to India.

Pros – plenty of opportunities for internal movement and growth. Provides a substantial work life balance.
Cons – Still in its nascent phases from a development centre in India's perspective. Lot of the processes and internal decision making capabilities in its formative years.
