    Pros

    >Very good HR Training before going on floor
    >Knowledge Management sessions was a cool idea to learn from different processes undertaken by the company.
    > Helps you improve personally(personal development) as well as professionally
    >Good understanding amongst the team members (atleast in my process of financial reporting)

    Cons

    > Low Salary
    > Over time in excess during peak months.
    > Compulsory 9 hours shift even though it is not a busy month and no such work to be done.
    > They do send the emails on Worklife balance but doesnt implement.

    Advice to Management

    > Increase the Salary
    > Try to reduce the Over Time hours and if not then atleast pay for the over time.
    > When there is no peak month, allow the employees to work from home or atleast leave early from office rather than keeping them wait until 9 hours.

    Advice to Management

Should value employees as much as they value work. It will help create loyal employees.
