    Pros

This company has a great work culture and also focus on their employees skill development.

    Cons

They dont seem like they do market corrections and hence long time employees only get increments each year and thats about it. If you started as a fresher its very important to jump jobs after initial 2-3 years of working.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

value your existing staff. You would not have so many attrition if you had market c corrections done.
