I have been working at JPMorgan Chase full-time for more than a year
Pros – Training and career opportunities are endless
Cons – Too many cross impact initiatives started at the same time that it is always fire fighting.
Advice to Senior Management – Do one thing 100% properly with clear strategic direction in mind rather than 100 different initiatives going in random directions

“Good people make it work”
I have been working at JPMorgan Chase full-time for less than a year
Pros – The good people and state of the art facilities all make it worthwhile. Excellent benefits package and flexible approach to work-life balance.
Cons – The technology is pretty old and very disjointed. There are a lot of "tactical" fixes that are used to plug gaps.
