I have been working at JSW Steel full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

lots of hours and decent medical

    Cons

Safety hazards everywhere, the company fails to raise pay to meet competitive wages with current employees. Work 12 hours with no breaks, work 7 days with no day off but management has theirs? There is no work-life balance. Now management is creating too many rules and the new supervisors and running power hungry.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Learn how to respect people who work for you and talk to them with that respect. Even though we work like robots, we don't need to be treated like them as well.

I worked at JSW Steel full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Office culture at higher management level is wonderful at first face look!Discussion and seminars are controlled by GenereralManagers and above cadre.Compensation is very lucrative for top people only.Leadership is monitored by one man army

    Cons

Very bad culture while discussing the project review with subordinates.Top Management officers are empowered to ill treat the staff members using un- parliamentary words with heavy duty of working hours with no regard to family safety and employees welfare.Lower level employees are treated like slaves. Some of employees are forced to commit unnatural activities for getting promotions and benefits.Vice president level employees are always harassing the talented workers for not cooperating to their personnel comforts and skin cravings. Many employees are disheartened to lead their lovely life at the setbacks of vested interests!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Work life balance should be reviewed to the mental harness of the employees and power manipulation and misuse by the top officers must be curbed to the limit of Labour services and improvement.Humanity should be preserved before employing the people of keen aspiration!
