Details
Pros
Lots of training provided. Culture is good and politics not very evident.
Good working environment with bosses willing to share and teach.
Cons
Starting salary is good but progression and increment may not be comparable with the market given JTC being the industrial land developer.
Advice to Senior Management
Keep up the good work to spur JTC on!

Pros
As an industrial land developer, working for JTC is akin to doing national good for the future of Singapore. A meaningful career indeed.
Cons
Exposure not as much as the private industry.
Advice to Senior Management
To look into reduction of red tape.
