I worked at JWT as a contractor (more than a year)

    Pros

JWT is a very big, and very traditional agency. If you're a young designer there are a lot of opportunities to get a lot of big seeming things in your book.

    Cons

Very big, very traditional agency. Lots of people can sit comfortably without providing a lot of value to the agency or their clients.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Set internal incentives that drive ambitious people up instead of out.
