Current Employee – been working at Jackson County Memorial Hospital

Pros – Management. Supervisor is easy to approach and always willing to help when needed.

Cons – Pay is not comparable to other surrounding hospitals.

Advice to Senior Management – Holiday and weekend shift differential pay would be nice.
