Pros
Great products and great customers. Below senior leadership, there is a solid and dedicated group of people on the Jackson Team.
Cons
New top managers are closed to ideas and insights. Inappropriate comments made in today's work environment a routine event. New CEO has consumer experience (so they tell me) but couldn't lead himself out of a wet paperbag. I think we're for sale - so hopefully we'll do a deal and he'll be gone. Beats being out of work - but marketing and people don't come first, second, or third here, and at one time they did!
Advice to Senior Management
Engage your team. Cut out the sexist comments. Let your people run their business.
