    Some freedom to do your job how you want to, as long as you're self-motivated

    Slow paperwork processing Slow purchase/delivery processing Direct deposit mistakes; irregular pay dates Culture of disrespect/non-appreciation of employees and work from top levels to progressively lower levels Employees in essential offices with little or no knowledge/skills to do their job Irreverent and unprofessional behavior from employees at all levels and in all areas

    Spend less time looking good to outsiders and spend more time changing the culture and processes from within to become more productive, efficient, and attractive to potential investors, employees, and students.

    Pros

    I had such a great experience working for Sponsored Programs. I traveled and participated in various programs that provided me with a once in a lifetime opportunity to grow as an individual and support my community.

    Cons

    The only adversity that I faced was keeping up with the deadlines that were placed before me.

    Pros

    you will feel like part of a family, there's great opportunity for any and everyone whether in school or not. Pay is decent people are friendly students are educated. This is a place that the president is increasing the campus and standards of everyone there.

    none there's no con's because its a great place. Everything is falling in place

    Work-study atmosphere. The student environment. The coaching of the employer.

    Cons

    The pay was a big downside. But I have heard that they have increased the pay.

    Keep giving students responsibility. help them to build their sense of ownership and they will be valuable workers.
