    Pros

    Managers were friendly, great teamwork, good discounts, good raises (25 cents raise once every three months I believe). Overall, a nice retail experience.

    Cons

    as a part-timer, you don't get a lot of hours (as it is the same in all retail jobs)

    There are absolutely no Pros

    Cons

    The management is crappy don't every work for five guys they fired me because they I accidentally wore the wrong shoes.

    Bountiful store has crappy management they don't know how to communicate

    - Very flexible with scheduling for students

    Cons

    - Management was unorganized. Different stores had different rules that were supposedly from head office, which made things difficult every time a new manager came in

    Upper management should definitely follow up on stores on their regulations to ensure store managers are doing their part

    Great discount and customer base. Excellent product with good range in size and selection

    Cons

    Low salary offers. They will lowball you in order to avoid paying you more. No support from upper management regarding concerns of behaviour of management in store. No clear direction for the company

    Prefer to promote internally

    Poor visual merchandising strategies
    Lack of creativity - many pieces purchased season after season and repeated sometimes more than 5-6 times.

    some of the girls were nice
    laid back atmosphere when head office wasnt around

    Expect too much from employees
    Treat their employees like garbage

    raises don't happen

    Worked well as a team, I was able to organize the clothes in the section I was in charge of.

    I Wasn't able to change roles on the sales floor (cashier, fitting room, etc) the hours weren't very flexible

    *50% discount on clothing
    *Fun promotional events

    Cons

    *Store Manager was unprofessional at times. Sharing personal information with staff
    *Schedule was consistently posted 1-2 days before the upcoming week
    *Management was given little direction and little to no direction from the Human Resources dept.
    *Extremely long hours if head office was visiting 13-16 hour days were expected.

    *Increase wages to increase quality of the Management Team.
    *Conduct team meeting to hold everyone to the same expectations
    *Senior Management should have more contact with entry level associates for retention purposes.
