    ProsGreat discount and customer base. Excellent product with good range in size and selection

    ConsLow salary offers. They will lowball you in order to avoid paying you more. No support from upper management regarding concerns of behaviour of management in store. No clear direction for the company

    Head Office expects way too much from you with very little pay

    "This company has great potential but lacks consistency

    *Fun promotional events

    Cons*Store Manager was unprofessional at times. Sharing personal information with staff
    *Schedule was consistently posted 1-2 days before the upcoming week
    *Management was given little direction and little to no direction from the Human Resources dept.
    *Extremely long hours if head office was visiting 13-16 hour days were expected.

    Advice to Senior Management*Increase wages to increase quality of the Management Team.
    *Conduct team meeting to hold everyone to the same expectations
    *Senior Management should have more contact with entry level associates for retention purposes.

    Terrible staff, immature employees and favouritism

    Clothing quality is okay

    ConsTerrible micro managers- immature and controlling
    Too anal about dress code. Expect partime employees to always wear Jacob, even with the discount, $60 for pants is too much.
    Too much pressure for sales
    Poor management.

    Advice to Senior ManagementPlease notice the number of employees that quit your store. Watch your micro managers and their poor skills.

    Great company.... horrible Regional Manager with no business accumen

    ProsCanadian, pretty organized.. great company overall but the uppper management at the time was not good.. needed to go after so many years. Company needed innovative leaders to get them out of financial trouble

    ProsGreat environment (professional but relaxed), the dress code was classy but still slightly flexible, Canadian company, wonderful clothes, straightforward memos & planograms from HO, a lot of support given by management, good return policy, easy POS system

    During my time with this company I worked at 2 of their Edmonton locations, both stores had slightly different atmospheres, & both were positive! It was a great experience and I learned a lot.

    ConsDifficult fits for customers sometimes, and occasionally hard to serve clientele because the brand targets such a specific age/lifestyle/bodytype.
