    Be careful taking a job with Jacobs.

    ProsWide range of major challenging projects.

    ConsTop management treats the staff like they cannot be trusted. They also do not seem to understand the businesses of some of their local offices. Benefits package is subpar. Focused on meeting quarterly earnings projections.

    Advice to Senior ManagementTrust the people you hire or else improve their skills or outplace them.
