Pros

Good work-life relationship within the work environment is present due to the local area (NASA). Jacobs Technology is based inside the Ames Research Facility making the work culture relaxed and stress-free compared to many comparable jobs within the same area.

Cons

There isn't much movement within the company for growth, although gaining knowledge is essential and acknowledged within the local area of work.

Advice to Senior Management

Profit sharing and cost of living allowance would enhance the atmosphere within the technician field to boost the salaries toward equalization within technical jobs of companies within the area.
