    No experience left.

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee) Charlotte, NC

ProsGood equipment and great customers. Customers are very loyal!

ConsTiming is everything while quality comes last. Lower level workers try to do the right thing but due to turnover and loss of experience in upper management, product design/build suffers.

Advice to Senior ManagementFind a director of engineering that actually has some mechanical experience and replace what's there. Quality should be your top priority! Dates should come secondary to customer satisfaction.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

ProsJacobsen manufactures of high-end turf maintenance equipment. Products range from fairway and greens mowers to wide-area mowers and utility vehicles. The product offering is vast and the experience one receives is relatively diversified.

ConsAlthough growth opportunities in certain roles happen, moving up the ladder is somewhat limited since the number of leadership positions are limited.
