    Pros

Really great art director for Jockey and Danskin. Learned a lot about trend researching, presentations, print design and production. Nice co-workers. No "attitude".

    Cons

None for me (I was a freelancer). Great office. Very productive environment.

I worked at Jacques Moret full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

You are left alone, no one to micromanage you. You are given work, and left to do it. Its nice not to have someone watching every move you make.

    Cons

Bosses yell and scream, curse at you, treat you like crap. They have no idea how long something takes to put together, and yet they snap their fingers and demand it within 15min. Most of the time it is not possible, but they dont care to hear it. The company is a revolving door.. especially in HR. AND when its time for layoffs, they start with the people that make the most money. They do not care if the person they keep knows NOTHING, just as long as the highher salary is out the door. UNLESS you are one of the few that kiss rear end... then you are untouchable.. Kiss a little rear end, go out with the bosses after work for drinks, or have a drink in the office after hours with boss.. YOU ARE GOLDEN!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Start caring about the employees, treat them like people!! Be loyal to the ones that are there a long time and work their rears off!!
