Try to take better care of ALL of your employees and take situations with HR seriously. And don;t hire so many external for management!

Very friendly people, chance to make friends, healthy lunches when you're working, free smoothies and samples.
Cons
Some people can be extremely cranky, and sometimes it gets too busy with too few people on shift.

Schedule more people for known busy times.

be more organized, treat all employees the same, give hours, and over all stop sucking so much and get work on improvement

Keep doing what you're doing for the most part. Mix criticism with praise when dealing with your staff, and don't treat them like they are not equals.
