    Pros

Great company, great product! Decent pay--yearly raises and bonuses, Great discount.
Easy retail. Almost always leave within 5 minutes of close. GREAT customers!! Some customers become more like great family-friends, than customers. With the right management, coworkers feel like a tight-knit team or a family.

    Cons

Terrible scheduling--comes a week in advance, no consistency in hours, must work at least one weekend day--often both, even though management only works one. No grace if you have another job. I had to quit because I wasn't getting the time off I needed for my other job--which has very little demand. Some managers can be micro-managers with no concern for the other employees. When I first started I loved the job, but management changed and so did the family-like atmosphere. No longer treated like a person--policy became like a set of instructions for the manager to use against the employee. "Every employee should be treated the same, whether they are a new employee or has been here for 10 years." Ask other employees about the management--it varies from store to store, so some stores are probably GREAT to work for. The company has a whole is awesome!

    Advice to Management

Treat employees like family--as it's supposed to be. COMMUNICATE clearly. UNDERSTAND the needs of the employee. Reward good employees for their hard work--TRUST long term employees and evaluate yourself (and probably your level of communication on a situation) if something goes wrong--especially if the same problem is happening with multiple employees. Don't treat an employee whose been reliable for 5 years like the employee you just hired yesterday. Not everyone should get a trophy--but not everyone should be treated like new hires.

    Pros

Great company, benefits, work location, pay rate, safety are all concerns the company maintains for their employees. Employee's should move the production level's higher.

    Cons

Lack of training, gossip is wild within the company, you are guilty before being charged with violation of a policy. The company could be more family friendly.

    Advice to Management

Slow down and train your employees to have passion for their work.

    Pros

    beauty and integrity of product
stand behind their promise of quality with ongoing complimentary services to their customer base

    growing exponentially

    Cons

required to break for 30 minutes off the clock if shift is only 6 hours, so you give 6 hrs of time and are paid for 5.5
shift schedules posted only 10 days prior -one week at a time
no consistency in the days, or times, or coworkers the sales staff are required to work

    Advice to Management

fix your procedures for schedule process
if you're going to pay for 5.5 hrs, don't schedule for 6 !!!
