Pros
Good management, good compensation, good work environment
Cons
New company, and the business model's sustainability is questionable. The company has lower distribution costs than most competitors but since the insurance markets have softened dramatically since the company's inception, they will likely have a difficult time maintiaining their low commissions.
Advice to Senior Management
The company is well-structured, and employees are treated fairly for the most part. The employees all appreciate the good benefits and compensation, as well as the friendly work environment.
