Pros – The finance team was very small, just my manager and me, so the responsibilities were varied and provided many learning opportunities - technical skills, first hand learning about NBFCs in India, challenges in providing financial services to the low income population in India
Cons – The work culture was more rigid than I was used to

Cons – Poor HR practices like using transfers as a tool to force employees exit
Advice to Senior Management – Adopt best HR policy & practice in the industry as retaining and nurturing talent always pays off
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
Pros – good place for a year or 2 to learn about social enterprise market environment
Cons – poorly managed HR processes, highly bureaucratic, pathetic growth plans, poor remuneration
Advice to Senior Management – shut it down instead of luring youngsters to sweat it out for the old men who are extremely slow at decision-making and are totally out of touch with ground reality
