Current Employee – been working at Janssen Al full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – chance to create a therapy for AD
Cons – Mgmt is so political and backstabbing. Corporate JnJ people are slow as dirt and can't make decisions. Mgmt thinking is 20yrs old. not innovative at all and will not take risks. doesn't listen to more seasoned biotech people within their own company. doesn't belong in the bay area or biotech business
Advice to Senior Management – integrity is important to your employees

Current Employee – been working at Janssen Al
Pros – Passionate employees who are committed to advancing new Alzheimer therapies for patients and their caregivers. Management that cares about employees. Excellent benefits.
Cons – The only downside would be the types of things you find at any employer: employees who are never satisfied, politics between department managers, etc.
Advice to Senior Management – Janssen AI is fortunate to have many employees who are committed to advancing new Alzheimer therapies for patients and their carevigers. These employees are hard working and passionate about their jobs. Advice would be to do everything you can to retain them.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
