    Pros

Pretty much 0. If I am to mention the pros of working, management is too busy sweeping things under the rug and pretending to look busy and important so as an employee I am free to do what I like even if its non job related.

    Cons

Bad management, bad remuneration, bad overall reputation

    Advice to Management

Stop sweeping things under the carpet and for once get things done

    Pros

work life balance, good place for day-in day-out kind of style and you have sufficient time to attend to your family or your hobbies.

    Cons

you learn what it looks like when a large corporate break down and slowly deteriorate

    Advice to Management

the workforce is aging and worn out, so thus the management style, the technologies, processes or business models.

    Pros

Big company name, good for the resume.

    Cons

Low base pay, new account managers do not have good accounts. Pay increment is a 2 figure low. No AWS, bonus does not exceed 1 month. Upper management gets all the benefits and bonuses.
Will always be a price war for hardware products with low margins, which means to say, low commission on deals. Long working hours should be expected if you are in sales. Engineers come and go due to low pay and incredibly long working hours. Low on presales and postsales headcount to support sales team.

    Advice to Management

Reward regular employees more instead of just upper management.

    Pros

Any Tom, Dick and Harry can get in. If you're looking for easy money and to fool around, it's the job for you.

    Cons

managers are incompetent but good story tellers.

    Advice to Management

provide real help to the staff and not just do a show face to cover it's own butt.
