    Pros

Everyone is very friendly. They try to give you the time off if you need it.

    Cons

Work-life balance can be difficult especially when projects have to go out. There is a lot of he said/she said, that goes around the office.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to both sides of the story and don't assume.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Change your attitude towards employees and show appreciation in terms of financial rewards towards the hard work people put in. Company is not run like a mom and pop shop, but with skill and intelligence.

I have been working at Jarmel Kizel Architects and Engineers

    Pros

Very upbeat and fun environment. Always willing to teach new techniques to help employees better themselve and their work habits.

    Cons

Management did not communicate vision, goals, and important decisions. Important decisions were made without notifying employees in an appropriate manner.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

When important or tough decisions need to be made face to face meetings are always appreciated by employees. Emails and letters seem cold and unprofessional.
