Pros
Small company culture with good work environment.Very supportive culture from management. Career progression can only be realised by being ambitious as person.Company supports employees with training and development. Flexible culture to accomodate personal issues.Generous paid leaves.Ideal for people fired with ambition as there are no boundaries defining what you can do and what you can't.
Cons
Salary lower compared to other competitors.Small size of the company always makes in vulnerable to takeover. Job Insecurity due poor financial health.Few things take time to get done and need lots of initiative personally to accomplish them.Work may flow towards top performers and trickle to people trying to learn the ropes.
Advice to Senior Management
Should be aggresive approach in business expansion and a clear focus.
Pros
Strong links to the rail industry and a really good team atmosphere with those that worked there.
Cons
Financials were never resolved and ultimately this was their down fall and good engineers, technicians and others were made immediately redundant.
Advice to Senior Management
Too late for advice the company is now folded.
