Pros
Solid Base salary
Company pays for living at extended stay hotels
Company Truck and gas
Experience
Cons
you are placed in a location for a few months, company moves you at will
Lot of turnover due to firing and quiting
High quotas to achieve every week.
Hard to earn high wages unlike other roofing companies on a commision pay scale.
Advice to Senior Management
Be more realistic

Pros
The pay is great. Exceptional base salary for a sales job. Good commissions
Cons
Long hours usually 60 hrs per week
Benefits dont start until after 90 days
Lots of travel
Management is not upfront with employees
Never could get a straight answer from management about travel requirements
High turnover rate
Advice to Senior Management
Be upfront and honest to employees about travel.
