I worked at Jayhawk Cafe
Pros – Cheap drinks and fun times.
Cons – Drunks people who tell the same story like 12 times back to back.

I have been working at Jayhawk Cafe part-time for more than 3 years
Pros – The Hawk is a well paying job if you are willing to put in the work. If you don't like to get your hands dirty then don't apply. It is very fun and as long as you put in the effort they treat their employees very well.
Cons – Like I said, if you don't want to get your hands dirty then this isn't the place for you.
– I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

I have been working at Jayhawk Cafe part-time for more than a year
Pros – Fun, Great people, & Good Management. An easy going working environment that is perfect for college students etc.. The bar is always busy as well.
Cons – As with any bar, the intoxicated patrons can cause issues. Working for tips is difficult at times, if you need a lot of security, the job probably isn't for you.

I have been working at Jayhawk Cafe
Pros – Great atmosphere, fun place to work. There are a lot of employees so you are able to get time off when you need it. The management is well trained and know what to do in any situation
Cons – Hours are all at night, except for management who sometimes have to work during the day as well. Dealing with intoxicated customers is always a hassle.
Advice to Senior Management – Just keep doing what you are doing, it seems to be working!
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
