I worked at Jazz Semiconductor full-time for less than a year
Pros – Nothing positive about the organization.
Cons – Lack of leadership, very disorganzied, micromanagement and old boy network. Quality dept. runs on water cooler rumours, nepotism and by hiding facts. Highly dysfunctional and unprofessional.
Advice to Senior Management – Establish structure and goals, encourage innovation, hold managers responsible, remove fear, encourage open, frank and truthful discussions. Perform Team Building, too much backbiting, nepotism and lack of accountability.
It is a miracle the company is in existence in such a competetive market such as semiconductor manufacturing.

I have been working at Jazz Semiconductor
Pros – Good people to work with. Close to the beach. Enjoy interacting with different people from operators to engineering to R&D. Pretty easy going.
Cons – Stressful now that we are running very lean with staffs. Too many issues but only 1 body to take care of stuff.
Advice to Senior Management – Hire more people to spread the work so you don't over work 1 person. Recognize who's working hard and appreciate their efforts.

Cons – not exactly big deal...but maybe someone will concern about the food court. Not so many convenient place to have lunch around company.
