I worked at Jean Coutu part-time (less than an year)

    Pros

Jean Coutu is a great place to work part time for students who are attending school. Some supervisors are easier to work with than others, but you are always well treated as an employee. Your short 15 minutes breaks are paid. I had a great time working there and would recommend it.

    Cons

Some tasks require lifting heavy boxes and products.
Other store clerks who are working with you may not be serious in their work and/or lack immaturity.
Occasionally, you may come across strange clients.

    Pros

Rx Pro is very fun to work with

    Cons

All the labs I worked at had very bad managing skills. A lot of pharmacies are disorganised and the pay is very low with virtually no advantages.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

A lot needs to be done about management. Managing people is not easy, you need to be better equiped.
